Who we are.
We are a Black-led 501(c)3 Education Non-Profit . Our work is to tend to the soul of school. Tending to the soul of school is about healing from interlocking systems of oppression, acknowledging the inherent, essential goodness of all folks, and animating our collective genius into action. In this we cultivate communities of belonging, becoming, and infinite possibility. We do this by designing for purpose, meaning, and connection.

What we do.
We design expertly crafted adult learning experiences that help foster deeper learning practices in education. We believe that rigor does not have to be absent from joy. Please explore these experiences more in our "Services" section. These experiences include:
- #DesignCamp for Education
- Unlocked Design Series for Educators
- Soul Camp
Design with us.
There are many different variations of "Design Thinking" in both industry and education. While inspired by many, a key component to the work we are trying to further is a keen-eye on "Context." What is the context for learning, for application, for culture.
Thank you to the National Equity Project & the Stanford d.School, and IDEO, the for our primary influences in the design work we do!
